John A. Neocleous
John Neocleous is a Barrister at Law
since 1997. His practice is concentrated in international legal
matters and since his call to the Cyprus Bar, he represented
clients in over 45 countries worldwide. Mr. Neocleous practices
in all areas of European commercial litigation and offshore
company registration. His practice covers disputes involving
double taxation treaties, contractual disputes, fraud and
conspiracy, winding up of companies, asset tracing, collection
procedures and various intellectual property matters involving
copyright and trade-mark infringement and passing off. During
the last 9 years Mr. Neocleous represented a diverse range of

Mr. Neocleous brings a

Born in Nicosia, Cyprus, Mr. Neocleous
taught International Criminal Law and Human Rights at the
University of Sussex, UK and acted as associate Counsel for
several law firms in Europe, Canada and the United States.
