Andreas Neocleous is a registered Advocate in Cyprus . He has considerable experience in public matters and Cyprus companies for over 20 years. He acted as Head Secretariat &  Legal Services  in the Cyprus Teleccommunications Authority.  Mr. Neocleous practices in all areas of domestic litigation.
